Refund policy

Made-to-order frames

Every Fusion Plates frame is printed to order, including premade designs. Because each frame is made for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong color choice, or text you typed and approved.

Damaged, defective or wrong orders

If your frame arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or doesn't match the design you approved, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until your frame goes into production. Once it's printed, we can't cancel it.

Colors

Screens show color differently, and colors matched from a photo are approximate. Small differences between your screen and the printed frame aren't treated as defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
